Before we start the treatment, we will gladly inform you in detail about the costs that you will incur. Although our prices are based on the GOT, we cannot give exact all-inclusive information, since the respective expenditure varies individually.
Please also note that telephone consultations are also a veterinary service for which we have to charge a fee if a certain amount of work is involved. Please do not hesitate to contact us in advance.
In addition, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in individual cases if appointments are not cancelled or are cancelled at very short notice. We would therefore like to ask you, if you cannot keep your appointment, to contact us in advance and cancel it.

Do I need an appointment?
We ask, if possible, to make an appointment with us by phone before a visit. This way we want to avoid longer waiting times. If possible, we also try to make appointments at short notice, for example, in the case of an acute illness. Particularly in emergencies, prior telephone notification is advantageous for targeted preparation and rapid action.
How long is the waiting time?
By assigning appointments and making telephone arrangements, we try to counteract longer waiting times. However, sometimes longer waiting times cannot be avoided due to unforeseen emergencies. In case of longer waiting times, we ask for your understanding, as we try to take enough time for each animal.
What types of animals and diseases do you treat?
We are a small animal practice and therefore your competent contact for all cats, dogs as well as small pets (rabbits, guinea pigs etc.). In addition to our general advice and care for any ailment of your pets, we have some specialized veterinarians in house to approach certain specialties in more detail.

Do you also consult by phone?
We are happy to provide brief information over the phone for patients who are already undergoing treatment with us. A more detailed consultation or even a diagnosis is not possible over the phone and would not lead to satisfactory results. However, please feel free to call us, we will be happy to make an appointment with you and often have short-term capacity for a visit!
What are the risks of anesthesia?
Anesthesia is an important part of veterinary care, as many procedures would not be possible otherwise. In our practice we use modern inhalation anesthesia. It is important for us to discuss possible risks with you transparently in advance and to minimize them during the procedure by using modern anesthesia monitoring.
Can I schedule a home visit with you?
Normally, we prefer to treat your pet in our practice, as we have more extensive examination and treatment options available there. However, home visits are possible in some cases by prior arrangement. Please give us a call, we will contact you back!
